CEEPUS Network

Participation in CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Program for University Studies) is available to students, doctoral candidates and research staff from the universities of partner countries of the CEEPUS III Agreement.

 Network mobility is available to students that wish to exchange with an institution that remains within the same network as their home university. (If you are interested in studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow but your home university is outside of our network, see the CEEPUS Freemover section)

Deadlines for application:

  • Participation in the program in the winter term: 15th June

  • Participation in the program in the summer term: 30th October

How to apply:

  1. Create an account on CEEPUS website  www.ceepus.info  and follow the instructions under the “Create a New Mobility” link

Application form

It usually takes between two weeks and a month to process an application.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Submitting your application does not automatically guarantee being accepted by the Academy. All faculties have the right to conduct their own admission processes based on the their preferences and the number of available places. In case of increased interest, only a selected number of applying candidates will be accepted.

 

Incoming students must specify in the Application Form at which faculty they want to study. It is possible to apply for one faculty only and within:

  • Faculty of Painting

  • Faculty of Sculpture

  • Faculty of Graphic Arts

  • Faculty of Interior Design

  • Faculty of Industrial Design

  • Faculty of Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art

  • Faculty of Intermedia

There are no Design or Fine Arts faculties, so in order to avoid misplacements, please use our names of the faculties.

Please note: if you want your earned ECTS points/grades from the classes taken at the Academy to be recognized by your home university, a Learning Agreement must be established and signed no longer than two weeks after your arrival.
