CEEPUS Freemover

Participation in the CEEPUS Freemover program is available to students, doctoral candidates and research staff from the universities of partner countries of the CEEPUS III Agreement, but which remain outside of the CEEPUS academic networks. The Freemover exchanges take place under the condition of receiving permission from the host university.

The CEEPUS Freemover program allows exchanges only during the summer semester.

Minimum stay:

  • Students – 3 months

  • Doctoral students and academic teachers – 1 month

Deadlines for application:

  • 15th of November – sending your document to the Academy

  • 30th   of November – uploading all documents into your account on  www.ceepus.info

How to apply:

  1. Create an account on CEEPUS website  www.ceepus.info and follow the instructions under the “Create a New Mobility” link

  2. Upload the Recommendation Letters from your home university into your CEEPUS account

  4. After you receive your Acceptance Letter, upload it into your CEEPUS account (by 30th of November)

Application form 

It usually takes between two weeks and a month to process an application.

PLEASE NOTE: Submitting your application does not automatically guarantee being accepted by the Academy. All faculties have the right to conduct their own admission processes based on the their preferences and the number of available places. In case of increased interest, only a selected number of applying candidates will be accepted.

 

Incoming students must specify in the Application Form at which faculty they want to study. It is possible to apply for one faculty only and within:

  • Faculty of Painting

  • Faculty of Sculpture

  • Faculty of Graphic Arts

  • Faculty of Interior Design

  • Faculty of Industrial Design

  • Faculty of Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art

  • Faculty of Intermedia

There are no Design or Fine Arts faculties, so in order to avoid misplacements, please use our names of the faculties.

 Please note: if you want your earned ECTS points/grades from the classes taken at the Academy to be recognized by your home university, a Learning Agreement must be established and signed no longer than two weeks after your arrival.
